Angelfish
Freshwater Angelfish belong to the Cichlidae family, and come in a variety of color forms, and fin lengths. These popular aquarium fish originally came from the river systems of South America. Through selective breeding programs, both standard fin varieties as well as veil fin varieties are available in many different colors. Veil fin angels have distinctive elongated dorsal, ventral, and tail fins that develop as the fish grows to maturity. A popular community fish, Angelfish are peaceful, easy to care for, and are a rewarding fish for the freshwater hobbyist.
