Anti-inflammatories (non-steroids)
NSAIDS are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which means they belong to a different class of drugs than steroids such as cortisone or prednisone. NSAIDS decrease inflammation, a condition in which tissue reacts to injury.
